Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item and must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and unused. A restocking fee of 20% will be applied to each return or exchange to cover the cost of processing a return or exchange. Refunds will be issued once we have received the item in it's original form.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Product with obvious signs of use
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Custom-made products.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Allow 2-3 business days for order processing. Shipping usually takes 7-10 business days via USPS. Local deliveries are an option within 25 miles of Kingstown Shopping Center.

Rush orders are an additional fee for orders needed within a specific time.
